In 1999, Yi Tonghua, the pioneer in China’s interior and decoration design industry, founded his own team in Shenzhen. He devoted himself to the interior design and decoration for clubs, sales centers, villas and show flats. Now his team is the long-term strategic partner of many renowned real estate developers such as Vanke, Longfor, Gemdale, AVIC, Dowell, etc. He always holds the belief that “beauty is a common feeling of pleasure”. Over the past 20 years, with the pursuit of “pleasure”, he has been trying to interpret the beauty of life in a unique language, satisfying the clients’ longing and imagination for happiness. Sales Center
The fairytale elements add bright colors to daily life, enrich people’s experience and enable people to enjoy every happy moment. Designed and decorated in a fairytale perspective, the sales center provides interesting experience for both children and adults. Painting skills are employed to tell stories, describe images and create different space experiences. In this imaginative and artistic space, geometric elements are changed and combined to interpret the pleasure and happiness inside people.

Under the theme of Afternoon Tea in Kensington, the sales center is a mixed space of classical British style and modern fashion style. Drawing inspirations from red brick buildings of British style, the designer has integrated the architectural elements with his own understanding of art, creating a red brick facade. What’s more, soft furnishings of the same color are used to decorate the interior space.
