Spanning 6,500 square meters and constructed with a budget of 30 million USD, the gym features raw concrete and black steel, embodying strength and resilience. This unique design fosters an environment conducive to intense workouts, appealing to fitness enthusiasts. Beyond its extensive workout areas, Oxygen Gym offers a comprehensive suite of amenities, including a restaurant, shops, spa, pool, garden, lockers, and changing rooms, enhancing the overall experience.

To create a quality living experience and redefine the image of a residential building in Jeddah, while maintaining the climate requirements and cultural aspects including privacy and gender segregation, were the main design challenges. The designer conceptual idea was to explore the architecture relation between indoor and outdoor spaces, through a composition of three main masses that were shifted to create external courts inspired from Arabic traditional houses.

Next hub is an architecture and landscape integrated project in Jeddah that blends in different facilities including hotel, administration, entertainment, f and b and recreational zones. The designer wanted to create good views for the hotel and admin building because the project plot is not surrounded by any views, this was achieved by creating a dynamic composition of masses with respect to environmental, cultural and financial aspects creating good urban experience with visual and social interaction.

Traditional Restaurant
Al Majlis is a famous traditional Saudi restaurant, presenting the essence of typical sixties experience in Riyadh. The designer conceptual idea was to implement the traditional exterior urban fabric inside using shifting modules to create dynamic composition of masses and walkways. To achieve this experience while respecting the cultural aspects and complicated operational needs were the main design challenges. Earthy colors, traditional patterns, natural materials, rustic effects and real pre-owned accessories were used to fully immerse users in an authentic experience.
