We are currently involved in a wide range of projects in the UK and abroad for individuals, businesses and companies. Our projects are transformative by adopting an analytical approach. We invent or re-imagine our clients' assets to make them more productive with the aim of creating unique and creative solutions to satisfy every project, from small-scale residential intervention to design schemes urban. At the centre of our studio's work is the commitment to find innovative design solutions that are imaginative, pragmatic and add value. We attach great importance not only to the appearance of buildings but also to their construction, and the way materials are used. In 2018, bfa_BARBARA FASSONI ARCHITECTS won the Silver A 'Design Award. Barbara Fassoni studied architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan and the Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura of Seville. ARB UK is registered and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

Constantinos Yanniotis graduated from the School of Architecture NTUA in 2011, following his studies of Mechanical & Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Patras (2003). Since then, he has been practicing as an Architect at the Yanniotis & Associates Architectural Bureau, having an expertise in Inclusive Design. In its long-lasting activity, the Bureau has completed a significant number of projects – of both small and large scale – in various fields of building design and urban planning (residential buildings, office spaces, industrial buildings, tourist facilities, golf resorts & sports centres, culture, restoration and reformation of listed historical buildings, urban planning, decorating, special designs etc). Facing towards the new challenges, contemporary design account for Inclusive Design practices, Sustainable Energy Technologies and Integrated IT Services.

Vanke Showflat at Changsha - "2012 Philips Sense and simipility"Gold award. Other projects like Top Result Beijing Office, Techpacific HK office, Greenland show-flat are also received AIA , HKDA awards etc. Moreover, he has strong working experience in China - Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing etc. In order to extend design knowledge, he further studied in London, and received commendation result - distinction for dissertation.
